Terms & Conditions

Registration Policy: Once your registration is processed, a confirmation e-mail will be sent; if you have not received confirmation within 3-5 business days, please contact us to confirm your registration. Your confirmation is your receipt. If you need additional documentation, please email us at spartanhbc@gmail.com.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be made in writing. Email is acceptable. A full refund will be granted up to 14 days prior to the start of a program. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the event will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received less than 6 days before the event. If you cannot attend, you may designate a substitute in writing; substitutes will be responsible for any difference in fee.

In the event that a meeting is postponed or canceled, Spartan Hospitality Business Conference will not be held liable for any expenses including loss of time, airfare, hotel or other incurred costs associated with the meeting.
